Production Manager

Job Description:

  • Review jobs and assign to chosen crew.
  • Maintain professional production staff.
  • Insure all pars are entered into Contractor and dispense corrected verion to Sales
  • Complete any paperwork when necessary to expedite job.
  • Review deliveries and confirm for accuracy.
  • Pull necessary permits when necessary.
  • Supervise all jobs in progress to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect all jobs on completion.
  • Process all Contractor payrolls.
  • Maintain positive Contractor relationships.
  • Maintain high level of Customer satisfaction
  • Inventory Security and trash control.
  • Maintain collection and completion budget.
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized.
  • Insure all measures/pre-installation reviews are done within three days
  • Insure zero tolerance on miss-measures and remakes.
  • Insure all Contractor updates are entered and current
  • Manage all field related employees
  • Insure that weekly and monthly collection and install goals are met.
  • Any other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Regional Production Manager or VP of Production.
Benefits Package:  Company will provide Individual Health and Dental Insurance and contribute $100.00 and $20.00 a month, respectively.  Safe Harbor 401K is available after one year. Yearly Salary Bonus.
