OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
No purchase is necessary to win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. American Home Craft Inc. (AHCI) gives you one drawing in which you can win. AHCI will award one (1) grand prize, one (1) second price and fifty-two (52) third prizes in that drawing. All prize periods end on December 31, 2008. Winners will be determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the applicable prize period. The odds of winning any prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing and are estimated at 1:20,000. AHCI reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this promotion without notice at any time. Participation may be limited. This promotion is only valid in California. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. You do not have to submit to a sales presentation to participate in this promotion. Please see Official Rules below for additional terms and conditions that apply.

Official Rules:
1. You may enter this promotion by completing the preprinted card entry and: (a) mailing to AHCI at their address on return envelope; (b) completing the online sweepstakes registration form or; (c) you may print your name and your complete address on a 3"x5" card: write the words American Home Craft Inc. Grand Prize Giveaway at thetop, identify the product you are interested in, and mail the card to AHCI at their address. Entries must be received by January 15, 2009 to qualify for that prize period's drawing. No more than one entry per household is allowed. AHCI is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged, incomplete or late entries. Entrants selected must comply with all of the terms and conditions of these official rules and winning are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
2. The grand prize (1) winner may choose (i) Vinyl replacement windows for winner's entire home (up to maximum 12 windows maximum size up to 800 UI each), does not include basement or garage windows; (ii) Refacing of winner's home kitchen cabinets (limit 40 lineal feet) according to design and specifications of sponsor's designer, existing kitchen appliances will be used and painting and flooring is not included; (iii) Vinyl siding (limit 15 squares) or texture coating (limit 20 squares) on all exterior painted walls of home, including soffit and fascia: approximate retail value ("ARV") of $15,000 (fifteen-thousand dollars only), selected at the sole discretion of AHCI.
3. Second prize (1): The winner may choose (i) a house full of windows (limit 6 AHCI double-hung or sliding windows, ARV $7,500): (ii) An entry door system (ARV $6,000); (iii) Bay or a garden window (ARV $4,000) selected at the sole discretion of AHCI. All prizes include installation and removal of existing windows or other materials where applicable. Third prize (52): one replacement double-hung or sliding window (maximum size up to 800 UI - ARV $1,250 each). ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
4. All winners will be notified via certified mail, return receipt requested. Acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission for AHCI and its affiliates to use recipient's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. AHCI reserves the right to substitute any prize for another of similar value. Payment of any and all federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. A list of winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to AHCI within 90 days following the end of any prize period and including a request for the winner's names.
5. Drawings: On or around February 16, 2009. AHCI will conduct a random drawing to award the grand prize, second and third prizes from all of the entries received by the qualifying time period. Failure to acknowledge a prize award within 10 days of certified mailing or otherwise comply with these terms and conditions may result in the prize being withdrawn and awarded to an alternative individual.
6. This promotion is open to legal California residents, 18 years and older, who own the home where the product is to be installed. Employees, officers and directors of AHCI, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living in their household) are not eligible to participate in the promotion. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless AHCI, their affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion in any way our out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a prize. Acceptance of a prize may require entering into an affidavit of eligibility to participate in this promotion, as well as standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law. This promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning).
